Harvest Fun!   October 2009

We celebrated Harvest by dressing up as scarecrows or farmers.  Some of our parents joined in the fun!  So far, we have raised well over £400 for Food Aid.  The final total will be announced soon.  Well done, for a great effort.

A Victorian lady visited

our school the other day...

"I feel very much at home in Class 6,"

she stated.  Then she turned around,

and disappeared through the wall...

Celebrating St George's Day 2009

Our special assembly

On 23d April 2009, Classes 1 and 2 acted out the story of

St George and the Dragon.  We also celebrated the birthday

of William Shakespeare, born 445 years ago in 1564.

We ended our assembly with a joyful Land of Hope and Glory.
